How to wear Maxi dresses

How to wear maxi dresses is hard to example as there are so many different styles and shapes that can be found, but I will do my best to show some examples to lead you in the right direction.

Casual - To create a casual look with a maxi dress I have used the example of this super cute yellow picnic dress. To match the beachy picnic vibes I have paired it with complementary beige shoes and a purse with rope detailing. Finishing it off while a cut-off jean jacket to keep with the A-line in the dress.

Comfortable - For a cozy, comfy look this loose-fitting maxi dress goes perfect with these adorable beachy slides. They also match this picnic pattern purse and the outfit is finished off with a set of red hair clips to complement the green dress hue.

Curvy - to show off your curves more I have added to belt to this straight shapes maxi dress, this style or a more boxy style is very popular in maxi dresses. Adding a belt to those that do not have a waistline can add more shape to you and the outfit. This outfit aside from the belt is accented with a pop of colour in the heels as they are still a dusty blue to not stand out too much in comparison to the off-white dress. To match the colour of the dress I have paired this example with a beachy bracelet, a matching necklace could also be added.
