How to wear browns

Brown is a super cute neutral colour that can look good on anyone there are various shades as well to enhance any and all skin colours. I have laid out some examples of how to wear browns using clothing and accessories from Oak + Fort. I would consider their brand to be a medium-priced store definitely not a place to shop when on a budget.

Romper - Yes this is gender-neutral even though not all males feel like stocking a romper. Starting with a brown or beige romper can make an outfit easy as there is no matching involved just accessories. I decided to pair this with a gold chain link necklace as gold in man light has a brown tinge in it. I ended the look with this brown/green bag to add a little colour also the bag mimics the ruching in the romper.

Brown on top - I have started to pick my pants before I decide what top to pair with this but for this example, I am going to start with the top as it is a very trendy brown button-up sweater. As it is a v-neck I decided to go with layers of gold necklaces as an accessory. The look is complete with these super cute beige pants with a waistband detailing, which is perfect to compliment the most likely cropped top.

Brown on the bottom - Starting with the pants on this one as these brown pants are a very hot and trendy item this year. I paired it with a collared button-up in beige and then added a jean jacket for another layer. Yes, this example is in men's clothing, however, the idea of layers and styles holds true even for more feminine styles. to make the look more feminine I would add some jewelry and make the top a little tighter.
